Meg’s Journey
Meg, founder of Seven Health, moved to the U.S. from Ethiopia as a child and grew up in Logan, Utah — a small town where she felt pressure to fit in. She relaxed and bleached her hair, damaging it in the process. Over time, she reconnected with her roots and began using ancient remedies passed down through generations. As her hair healed, so did her sense of self. She learned beauty begins within.
January’s Journey
January, co-founder of Seven Health, also grew up feeling disconnected. Raised in foster care, she struggled with fragile hair and low self-esteem. Determined to find a real solution, she immersed herself in research, testing supplements until she discovered what truly worked. As her hair transformed, her confidence grew. She realized beauty is not just how you look — it’s how you feel when you start believing in yourself.
